So right now I'm stretching a 100 Cal. Cinnamon streusel. Pack from Quaker. I'm pretty sure I can make this last the whole day. Along with a glass of diet Pepsi.
I Just don't want to over eat and my stress levels are really high right now. So I'm restricting as much as I can and trying to fast a little later on.
