Damn again I did not sleep and I'm up and about its 4a.m. gotta go gotta go. No time to weigh no time just gotta go and I'm so damned tired. I gotta wake my ass up to drive. No coffee shops are open here yet.
But I weighed yesterday after I ate all that birthday food for me mom and all that water I drank. I was up two pounds. I'm actually going to try and fast today.
I'm hoping that maybe I can get someone else to drive I'm dead thrashed. I can't concentrate at all. Ill end up...knock on wood I'm Not going to say It.
Lets just hope I'm down or the same weight and o can keep a lid on it today.
